Product is Great. Customer Service is Not

Sierra Trading Post apparently disregarded two emails I sent to their customer service department to cancel an order I overpaid on after my wife received a free shipping and steeper discount code. I asked to have that applied and they simply ignored me so I purchased the items again and now I'm returning the other merchandise. The companies shipping rates are criminal and don't bother thinking your getting a deal because a better deal will be sent to you a day after making your purchase. Might as well wait. Wait some more. Oh, and hold your breath on customer service if you keep waiting. I wouldn't be bitter about my wasted money if they had just handled this within the customer service realm rather than making me go through a greater hassle to recoup the over $30 difference. Customer Service is EVERYTHING and I will not recommend STP to my friends, family or strangers...
