Very nice pant with permethrin

This pant isn't just a nice lightweight insect-proof garment. The BugsAway coating they refer to is actually permethrin, an insect repellent and insecticide. At about .5% per the info with the garment. It's bonded onto the fabric, and they claim it will remain for the "life of the garment" which elsewhere seems to be 70 washings. Nice. Note you can't dry clean the pants.

The sewing, seams and fabric is all quite nice, and very lightweight. I'd 6-1 with a 33" inseam and the legs for the 38" waist weren't too short. Maybe runs a bit small in the waist though (or I'm running a bit large...cough).

they have mesh panels on the inside of the legs, which seems nice for venting, but I wonder if the skeeters will Star-Wars-like find that to be the perfect weak point to attack. We'll see. Keep my legs crossed.
