Fit is true to size, length is long enough to cover one's bottom. Hidden snap closure down the front. The insides of the sleeves do seem to shed, but perhaps that will stop after wearing for a while.

I wear 8 and sometimes 10 if I want something roomy. This runs big to me, without too many layers on, I would probably prefer a small as this is not form fitting. It actually hangs full, not fitted and flattering. But so soft that I'm keeping it, in the medium rather than go through an exchange. It is a bit of a challenge to snap the snaps, it took me a focused effort.

Maybe not designed as such but easy to wear the all creme side facing out if you desire. I have another exofficio coat like this in black that I love. I was hoping for the same fit but this one is a little shorter and doesn't cover the bum as much but its still nice and I will keep it.
