    First, these were never thirty dollar socks. Listed at [$]--you can do the math. That said, they are soft and beautiful--this is for the green. I like the bright, but not overly bright, color. These are intended to stand out, so as long as you know that, you shouldn't be surprised! Thickness and feel is just right for a dress sock or causal wear, imo.

    Much smaller than other Falke socks that are sized to 11. Beware: size 9-1/2 to 12 is much smaller than Falke socks with smaller size range (e.g., 11 to 12).

    The quality of these socks is amazing. I just wish they were black or navy. The blue ones are great for casual Fridays, but the green ones look pretty peculiar even with khakis and brown shoes.
