She is a tall 6 year old and the size 7 fits when the straps are tightened all the way, so I am sure it will fit next winter, and with the "grow with me" inseams they will probably fit the following winter too. Love that they are waterproof and not just water resistant...should be great for skiing.

So it should last for more then 1 year. We did not use it yet, need to wait for our winter vocation, so that is why I gave 4 stars. Just do not know how waterproof it will be on the snow, but the water out of the fausset rolls right off.
