The shoes are light, strong, and standard in fit. They are hard to lace on -- hooks would have been better than those diabolical plastic loops. They leak at the base of the tongues, which is too F. bad for a Nubuck shoe. They are very grippy on all terrains -- much grippier than Vibram -- and, since I am an old codger and recover slowly from falls, these are my main hiking shoes.
