5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Hiking Jacket

My husband really likes this jacket, light weight and looks nice on him.
It is true to size, arms are long, that works out for him, his arms are long. An extra snap will help to keep the sleeves up from hands, but you can still put your hands inside the sleeves to keep warm if you want to. It is not lined, so you can layer it with a light fleece.

i purchased this jacket to wear as my every day rain jacket in Seattle.
I have it about a year now and I can say that I have yet to retreat it for with the Fajllraven wax. (order online)
it is not lined. So if get cold it will be
bit tight under the arm pits if your wearing a layer to keep warm. sleeves are longer then most jackets -as you can see from the photo.
Lots of pockets. I would buy it again. Now i am keeping my eye out for a lined coat of the same brand.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Sizing is a bit odd

Loved the jacket but had to send it back. I'm a 41R and ordered a large but the shoulders were a bit tight and the arms were VERY long. I just wasn't going to be able to make it work for me. Its a shame because I love Fjallraven stuff.
    • Cons: Poor Fit
    • Pros: Attractive Design, Great Color, Lightweight, Stylish, Versatile
    • Sizing: Feels too small
    • Sleeve Length: Feels too long

About Fjallraven

The Fjallraven story started more than 60 years ago when a 14-year old named Ake Nordin began trekking in the mountains of his native northern Sweden. Eventually, Ake started to notice the backpacks of the time didn't bear loads well, and decided to build his own. Within a decade, Ake was creating backpacks under the name Fjallraven, which translates to Arctic Fox in Swedish. Today, Fjallraven backpacks, jackets, fleece and outdoor apparel are helping people discover and enjoy the great outdoors all over the world. Choose Fjallraven packs and outdoor gear, and take your adventure to new heights.
