Verified Buyer Reviewed by Novice skier from Nashville, TN on Sunday, January 22, 2017I bought this jacket for my Colorado ski trip and it was great. The temperature was in the 20's all weekend, but I only needed one base layer beneath the coat to keep me warm the whole time, whether I was falling in the snow or staying up and making it down the mountain. The jacket is sturdy, comfortable, warm, well-fitted and has several pockets for storage: one on the sleeve, two at the hips and one inside.
The only part of the jacket that was uncomfortable were the inside sleeves that fit over my thumbs. I have long(er) arms and when I put my thumbs through the holes it was a little too tight, so I didn't use that feature consistently.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Practical & stylish from Chicago on Friday, December 30, 2016The coat is quite warm, though it is not very thick. My teenage son loves this feature, since he hates thick coats; he usually opts for down sweaters with a hoodie >:(. We live in Chicago, so we get zero degree (and sub zero) weather, and a warm coat is necessary. My son loves the hand-cover feature, and the interior cell phone pocket with hole for an ear buds wire. So far, this coat has kept him warm in the 20F temps. We will see how it performs in 0F soon enough. It does seem to run a tiny bit on the larger side. My son is a small-medium, and the medium is big. He will be growing into it.
