It's true to size in the top and shoulders and I would have loved it in a more traditional shirt shape. The style did not suit me as it is much fuller on the bottom and more A-line than it looks in the photo. If that style suits you it's a great buy.

I don't think that it will hold its shape well when the cut seems to require a crisper look... maybe I'm comparing it to the non-iron tunics who fabric I really prefer more for this cut of shirt. A size 2 in this was plenty roomy for me, 122-ish, 32D and 5'4" tall. The non-iron shirts have just fit in the bust in a size 4 so this runs larger. In general the tunics are just too long for me but I'm on the shorter side. I love the idea of a tunic so I keep trying them out to no avail.
