I’m torn between these and horseshoe/barrel jeans. They look amazing with a tight tank or crop top. The pleats are a blessing & give me a little bit of hips. I don’t know what free people does, but the glutes looks fantastic in these jeans!
One thing to note, my inseam is super short - I am 5’2 & had to hem/tailor these since I have a 27-28 inch inseam. Be forewarned, I chopped off at least 5-7 inches off. -

They fit true to size or maybe a bit big but I didn’t size up. They have a super wide leg and so comfortable I could wear them instead of sweatpants. The only thing I don’t love is the pleats which are not very flattering, but I just make sure to wear a longer shirt and it’s not a huge issue
