5.0 out of 5 stars. Great ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoor Dave from Georgia on Tuesday, June 18, 2019First pair of Garmont shoes. Very well built. More comfortable than most firm exterior hiking shoes. I ran a few miles on hard surface to break them in and very comfortable. Seems built to last. As always, great pricing thru Sierra.

5.0 out of 5 stars. NIceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dawind from NH on Wednesday, June 12, 2019Wore them all day yesterday at the shop. 10 hours, felt great, they were tight out of the box but took a chance. They're forming nicely and the tread is most excellent. Looking forward to a climb this weekend.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Some variation in sizingReviewed by J.Kaverie from Connecticut on Friday, May 24, 2019This is my second pair and I can tell you that the first pair were painfully narrow but they did eventually break in. I do have wide feet but this second pair don't feel anywhere near as tight as the first (which I had to use a stretchers on). I wear these daily walking the dog and have pretty much worn them out in a year. I've worn them in all sorts of environments from hiking up Mt Washington to Bermuda and they have been the best compromise I have found between sneakers and full blown hiking boots hence the purchase of a second pair.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Sarcastically NarrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Shoe Nerd from Colorado on Wednesday, December 5, 2018I would have loved to be rocking these shoes right now, but unfortunately they run INSANELY NARROW! I have a wide foot in the first place, but I thought I would be fine with a Medium. Not so. This shoe was sarcastically narrow. Interestingly enough, I also got another pair of Garments the same time I ordered these. I got those in a Medium and they fit perfectly. So, I don't know. The shoe is very sharp looking though. If they had them in a Wide or EEE I would buy it again.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very Best Hiking ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by GuinnessMaster from CALIFORNIA on Monday, July 30, 2018I bought a few pairs of Garmont's for me and my son. We both agree, these are the best and STP offers them at a great price. Tough, water resistant, and comfortable. If you have not tried Garments in the past, you should definitely consider it this time. I have worn Asolo's for years which is an excellent shoe, but we consider this one better.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Just pretty goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by ShoeESQ from MA - Massachusetts on Monday, May 7, 2018I really like the appearance. Construction seems solid. Grip seemed good. Size was consistent with most other sneaker/hiker shoes I have. I wore these once and decided to exchange them. They seemed to wear very hot under moderate intensity on a 65 degree day - my feet got very sweaty much more quickly than in other waterproof shoes I've owned. The sweat combined with the seam right down the middle of the heel had me on an express train to blister city.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Katahdin hiker from Maine on Wednesday, April 11, 2018Overall good fit. Have not walked a long distance yet but seem to be comfortable and sturdy. Fit very good for narrow feet. I wear size 14 hope to wear a long time.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Hiking shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kel from Illinois on Saturday, April 7, 2018Great looking shoes, light, sturdy. They run true to size ( I wear 11 in all my hiking - Asolo - and running shoes - Asics ) but they are pretty narrow so I returned them
