Easy to set up and well made. Would be nice to have tree pads to protect both the tree and the slackline. Offers a great core workout once you get the hang of it. Looking forward to use in various settings for youth activities and it should be a hit.

We set up this line using nearly the full 58 foot length in the backyard, almost 3 feet off ground with the help line just out of reach for kids and a foot above head for adults. With this line, everyone can hop on and walk immediately. The help line trains you to properly hold arms up for balance. We're still using the helpline at less than a week of use, but getting more balanced with each try. There is a good amount of bounce in this line with full length use, not sure how it compares to basic line but there is enough bounce to give the kids a little feel for future tricks. Glad I bought this--my kids are really into it and they are drawn to hop on and work on their skills

Easy to install once you get hang of rachet system. We put towels around trees to protect bark. Good length. Great for balance and core strength. Good quality. Amazing price.

This little guy did all I wanted and was fairly easy to set up.
Went to a local park with friends, (avg body weight 160~ 200) and we all managed to hang around on it for a while.
Even in the rain! Don't get it wet, or like anything, it will break down faster than if dry.

Yeah. Just a fun string thing

This is just a wonderful product for my kids. I have three young ones, and they've had so much fun, especially since we set this up in the shade.

Easy to set up and looks well made. Too bad it didn't fit.

I measured 33.5 feet between my trees, and assumed a 40-foot slackline would work. When I got both ends installed, the main line ended up 2 or 3 feet from the tensioner. It seems like the description could be more specific for those of us who are new to slacklines.

  • “How easy it it to set up the slack line?”
Asked by Laurie from Austin on 6/1/2016 4:21:31 PM
    • Slacklines are quite simple to set up. It usually takes just a few minutes.
Answered on 6/1/2016 4:35:48 PM by Product Specialist Greg from Sierra Trading Post
    • It's easy to set up, even the first time. Just be sure to read the instructions closely and look at the illustrations of how to thread the straps and secure the ratchet.

Also, consider that 40 feet must be the total length of both pieces, not accounting for looping around the trees. It will fit trees no more than about 30 feet apart.
