3.0 out of 5 stars. 8 inch girth, size upReviewed by Anonymous from Montana on Saturday, October 1, 2016This glove is remarkably breathable for how warm it is, but the extra seam bulk around the zipper panel on the outer edge of the palm caused discomfort. My longer fingers were okay in the medium, but the thumb (less stretchy) felt short and roomy. Trying a large.
I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned these might be more appropriate for driving than mountain biking-- not sure, yet. Definitely warm and breathable, though-- active winter glove grail. Three stars for the zipper pain while within the size range. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Cute, comfortable and cosy--but light on the paddingReviewed by Anonymous from Austin on Wednesday, October 7, 2015As above, these are comfortable and cosy gloves, and look really cool -- passable as regular gloves, with no gaudy logos etc. They have really minimal padding, though -- I'd call them reinforced rather than padded, honestly. Good if that's how you like your bike gloves; if you like gel gloves, try these for driving instead of cycling.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great gloves!Verified Buyer Reviewed by csmith from Washington on Thursday, October 1, 2015These gloves worked exactly as I hoped they would. They seemed thin but they kept my hands warm for an hour and a half ride to work in the morning. I think the temp was in the low 40s. I didn't think about my feet and legs and they were really cold by the time I finished but my hands were just right.

4.0 out of 5 stars. I like having a zipper - have wide hands - but the small size has long fingers on me - these are NOT for cold weatherVerified Buyer Reviewed by Wren from Boston on Monday, May 12, 2014A bit rough inside - no lining - and not warm - but I always have issues with getting gloves on - wide hands with short fingers - so gloves with a narrow opening or elastic do not work. I can get these on because of the zipper - they fit okay, not sure if they can be washed but it would be great if the fingers were a ½ inch shorter. For biking gloves - they have cushioning at all - and hope will keep hands protected from the sun - but quite limited in use - just for driving or motorcycle- not bicycle - due to roughness and total lack of cushioning. An odd pair of gloves - still thinking about returning them - bought a pair in medium but the fingers were terribly long - so decided to try a small.
I bought the maroon but now I would have preferred the black/grey for how they can be used.
Good luck!
