Reviewed by allisons04 from Medicine Lake, MT on Wednesday, December 11, 2013These mittens are by far the best winter mittens I've ever had! I just moved to north eastern Montana a few months ago and wanted some new gloves/mittens because I'd heard that it gets really cold here and my old gloves I had didn't keep my hands warm at all. I decided to try mittens this time hoping that my fingers would stay warmer being next to each other. Right after I got these in the mail, it got down to -24° plus wind chill here. Our town is so small that I usually walk everywhere and the first day wearing these to the post office I didn't have to think about my cold hands because they never got cold! Myhands actually get so hot that they're almost sweating in these mittens! I love it! I've always struggled with cold extremities but, no longer will I worry about my hands! I don't like that they're white but, as long as my hands are warm...who cares! Love, love these!

Reviewed by Chicago Runner and Mom from IL on Monday, November 4, 2013These mittens are soft and warm. This is my third pair of Gordini down mittens. The first pair I have had for many years and they are just about worn out, but I like to have backup. I have Reynaud's, which makes me lose circulation in my hands when they get cold. Since I live in Chicago, like to bike and run year round, and have to hang out on the playground with my kids after school, I really need GREAT mittens. I have never found any better than these. I can stay outside for much longer with these than with any others.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by runswithdogs from Rossland, BC on Thursday, November 29, 2012I haven't worn these enough to speak to their durability, but I wouldn't do manual labour in them! For the price I paid for down mittens, I have NO complaints. They are warm, look good, fit snugly enough (there is a wrist sleeve to keep drafts out) and are DOWN.
