These seem to fit the bill. They are sized very large. I normally am between 4 - 6, petite inseam, athletic legs. I got a size 2 and they are a little roomy after I've worn them a bit. I am keeping them because the "Boyfriend" relaxed fit means it is not too tight on my muscular legs which means that biking in them will be more comfortable and unlikely to give me a UTI.

I have another pair that is a bit shorter. The button popped off the first time I wore them. As I did not have another pair of pants available, I just had to pull the shirt down over the pants and hope no one would notice. Fortunately the zipper did stay up.

I'm 5'4", 155 lbs (more muscular build) and can squeeze in an 8....but with these jeans had to get a 6.
