Use as ski gloves and for anything casual outside. They are awesome for warmth and comfort. No more gloves for me.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Decent mittens, ok for skiing
Verified Buyer Reviewed by SportsFanTommy from New Jersey on Thursday, December 25, 2014
I had a pair of REI mittens but decided to give these a try. They are very warm gloves. I like that the insulation surrounds the entire hand because the ski poles get pretty cold. Some negatives are that they are hard to get on over thin glove liners especially if you already have one glove on, the clip to put these gloves together are almost impossible to use, there are no wrist straps which are almost a must when you're a skier, and there is no nose wipe.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Really nice!

Have not put them to the winter/snow test yet as I just received them, but, they feel nice and warm! I like the fact that they are nice and soft/bendable too...I have had thick mittens like this in the past and they are kinda stiff for lack of a better word, but not these....they are nice and pliable.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. quality mittens good to about 0F

Walking 1.5 miles in the winter in Minnesota can really test the clothes you wear. These gloves performed well on a couple of early morning walks at temps around 0F. The inside is very comfortable and soft. The leather palm appears very tough.

This is my second pair of these mittens. I lost the first pair. Very soft and very warm. Nice and flexible. Use them all the time.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Good buy for the money

These were such a great deal, I bought three pairs to give away at Christmas. Unfortunately, the thumbs are far too short! I will have to return two of the three pairs. They seem quite warm but are not built very tough, so I don't know how they could have ever sold for suggested retail. For the price, these are a good buy, if they fit and if you aren't using them too hard.
