I bought the Granite Gear's Dog Clogs trail shoes despite the poor reviews, because the price was right and I had a hunch they would work for my Golden Doodle. I was desperate to find something to prevent pain from ice jams that make her paws bleed and city street salt that makes her yelp and limp. ... Read More

  • “Is there a size chart for this product?”
Asked by Cjv2788 from Connecticut on 2/10/2015 8:03:14 PM
    • S 2.25" x 2.75"
      M 2.5" x 3"
      L 2.75" x3.5"
      XL 3.25" x 4"

I ordered the XL which ran big. Remember that dog boots will all look small compared to human shoes but you should measure your dog's feet to make sure you order the proper size. :)

    • I think STP had a chart that had you measure your dog's feet. I bought M for my dog who weighs 60# and has big feet! but M was too big for her rear feet. I bought a set of small clogs and use med on two front feet and small on rear feet.

  • “I have great Danes, width roughly 3.25" but length is about 4.25, do the XL have any extra room to fit that size? Chart says up to 4" length.”
Asked by Sheryl from Montana on 1/9/2014 10:58:35 PM
    • The XL does only go up to 4".

  • “Are these available in smaller sizes? I have a 15lb. Westie. What size should I look for?”
Asked by Uncle Denny from Ohio on 1/7/2014 4:03:31 PM
    • I purchased the smallest size offered - "small" - for my 28 lb. Beagle mix. They are actually too large for him. Additionally, the way these boots are constructed, I think there is just too much "mass" with the rigid sole to work effectively on smaller pups. I got sizing instructions from the Granite Gear website itself.

  • “how are these sized? In your Last Chance catalog they are 24.95. On line they are cheaper. Is that because of the free shipping with the catalog code?

Anyhow I have seen these before and there is a way to measure your dog. We have golden retrievers. what size would we need?”
Asked by The Knoll from New Hampshire on 12/11/2013 10:33:47 AM
    • Our most current prices are online. Prices may vary depending on current sales and coupons. If you hover your mouse over or click on the sizes the corresponding numeric size will be displayed. You will need to measure you dog to determine the appropriate size.

  • “Are these waterproof?
Asked by Sandy from Pepperell, MA on 10/4/2013 4:09:26 PM
    • They are water resistant, but not completely waterproof.
