Great BagVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dr. Mattoney a Sigmmana Googo from Gambia on Monday, July 30, 201820.00 ? This is a real no brainer.
One point though
The bag is higher than its girth. That is excellent for packing soft items but it may present a challenge for hard objects like books.
NiceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chicago from Chicago on Wednesday, July 4, 2018Sprayed with waterproof fabric spray to make it waterproof. Now my son can carry his laptop when raining. I wouldn’t try that if it’s pouring though.
Roomy, but hard on shouldersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anna from Pennsylvania on Monday, May 21, 2018I really want to love this bag. It has tons of space and just the right amount of pockets. I also really like the material.
One thing I wish more reviews had mentioned is that the shoulder straps are completely unpadded. They are made of a fairly hard, ridged rubber material covered in a layer of mesh. This makes the straps breathable, but the ridges dig into my shoulders when I load the bag with more than a few pounds. The straps are also pretty stiff. When I have more than half a mile to walk, my shoulders end up super sore.
Judging from other reviews, not everyone has this problem, but I wanted to mention it.
Great capacity, fits under plane seatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cair from Duluth on Saturday, April 14, 2018I bought this so I could take my 17" laptop on a trip plus have extra capacity for "stuff." Happy with that, plus could cinch it down to fit under plane seat. Unfortunately, I didn't notice there is not a waist belt to shift the weight and my shoulders were not happy. Trying to figure out if there is a way to add one.
well madeVerified Buyer Reviewed by happySTPshopper from Oregon on Sunday, April 1, 2018Straps are stiff and mounted at such an angle as to be very uncomfortable
SUPER PACK, SUPER PRICEReviewed by aminahyaquin from Huntington, WV, former New Yorker on Tuesday, May 16, 2017This is a a very sharp looking, versatile pack that can safely handle either of my laptops (one is 17") and gear in a pack that has a very water resisitant exterior and a waterproof, shock absorbing base. It is fairly light in weight, though I will still like to get a ini pack for when I am not combining work and pleasure...It is a very fine pack and absolutely astounding value for the price.
CompactVerified Buyer Reviewed by The walker from Florida on Wednesday, January 18, 2017Lightweight , but handy. My computer fits and stays dry.
Simple and basic high QualityReviewed by Neeman from Israel on Sunday, December 11, 2016This is a simple pack
The main compartment has a sleeve for the laptop
No bells or whistles
Nice stretch back pocket for a jacket
Side pockets will hold 1 liter bottles
Don't get it if you want multiple compartments
A very high quality pack
Mixed reviewVerified Buyer Reviewed by HJ from Colorado on Tuesday, November 8, 2016Like the slender profile, but shoulders got tired after a few hours.
Back and handles are hard as a rockReviewed by MP Chicago from Chicago on Friday, October 28, 2016The back of this backpack is very hard, perhaps that was intended. The handles are also are made with hard plastic inside, not much flexibility. Returning.
