I was looking for a daypack in the 35L range and found the Amber 34. The size and compartments are great. The padding and fit is just what I was looking for. I have a larger Gregory pack that's amazing and the brand has come through again with this one!

I love this pack! Feels slightly heavier than other ones I've tried on, but very comfortable and easy to adjust. Did an overnight trip with it, hiking 20 miles the first day and 10 the second-felt great!

Pretty light for having lots of pockets and zippers for organizing. It parks between conventional and ultra light in my opinion. Build quality and ergonomics are good. Most important my 12 year old Daughter lives the bright blue color.
Whatever gets her stoked to get out in the backcountry is great by me.

About Gregory

After designing his first backpack as a Boy Scout at the age of 14, Wayne Gregory dedicated his career to making outstanding gear, a mission that eventually led him to create Gregory Mountain Products in 1977. From the beginning, Gregory backpacks have been engineered using a combination of field research and customer feedback in order to enhance durability, fit and function. The brand has pioneered many industry firsts, such as multiple pack sizes with different frame, harness and waist belt dimensions. They also developed the first waist belt system that offered a variety of hip angles. Not surprisingly, Gregory backpacks have been praised in a wide range of publications, from Backpacker magazine to National Geographic Adventure.
