Note: Using a flexible tape measure or Gregory Fit-O-Matic, measure the length of your torso from the C7 vertebra (at the base of your neck) to the spot on the spine level with the top of the boney hip structure called the iliac crest. Do it two or three times to get an accurate measurment. If you are between frame sizes, always go with the smaller size.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mamasota from Wisconsin on Friday, February 3, 2017Love this backpack! I am an over-the-hill hiker and backpacker, and this pack is just right for me. Pinching the connecting hooks on the straps can be a bit of a struggle, but it's worth the overall performance of the pack. I did lots of research before buying the Gregory, and the weight for the price is unbeatable!
