Reviewed by LTM from Massachusetts on Thursday, December 18, 2014This is definitely a very light option if you have to bring a utensil out backpacking and don't want to add more weight than necessary. I found, however that this lightness does also translate into fragility, as taking it out only on 2 trips caused the handle and spoon to separate. It can be used for some purposes still and could be fixed with some tape, but I think other options may be more sturdy and reliable for minimal weight addition.
I also have to agree with previous reviewers that the residue from the sticker on the spoon is still somewhat remaining. I didn't really care since I wasn't scraping the bottom with my teeth or anything, but I can see it sticking to other objects and being a pain for some. It will catch hair and fir needles is not fully removed.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sol Man from Florida on Thursday, July 31, 2014Seems strong, but the adhesive from the label would NOT come off without solvent and scrubbing for 10 minutes, which left the spoon scratched.
