A great outdoor jacket. Well cut and understatedly elegant. Order one size larger than you normally wear. Runs small.

This is a thin jacket but does block the wind quite well. Haven't tried it in the rain yet, but seems like it will be fairly water resistant. Material is stretchy and seems like it will be good for x-c skiing on not too cold days. Jacket is oddly prone to wrinkling for a soft-shell. Zipper is difficult to start, which appears to be endemic to the Haglof jackets. My only real complaint is that the velour-like fleece in pockets snags on chapped hands.

This is an interesting product. Per its Swedish origins the body is a little snug and the sleeves a little long for the size. That said, it fits me well. The zipper on the left is an adjustment. The collar is taller than standard which I like as it keeps the wet out. It is a nice light weight, good for active use in cooler weather. I wanted something slightly heavier than a windbreaker for use in wind and rain and this is perfect. A simple, clean design that works.

So close to being a great jacket. The zipper needs to consistently "start" easier. Not always easy to zip with warm bare hands, or when wearing liner gloves. Very difficult with cold hands in heavy gloves. Same issue I have had with my Hagloffs shell. Still worth the money, and no regrets.
