Reviewed by adobe goddess from New Mexico on Thursday, February 27, 2014Overall I like this backpack. It is made of strong canvas and has nice embroidery on it. The straps are comfortable. It has good ventilation in the back. I like the way the I pad case is removable to reduce weight. It just cannot get over how hard it is to get a narrow water bottle in.
Reviewed by Jane from Martha's Vineyard, MA on Saturday, February 15, 2014I'll see how this does on my upcoming trip to Africa, but so far I like it. It's not too big so should fit under the airplane seat and the padding for the laptop is good. Not too many bells and whistles - but the padded interior pockets for cell phone/sunglasses are nice.
Reviewed by Diane from Manitoba on Friday, February 7, 2014I love this bag, it's so comfortable on my shoulders and it feels like it hugs my back!! It's not huge but I use it daily to and from work, with yoga gear (no mat), lunch and water bottle, and there's room left over for other things. It seems small but it is very functional! It's also cute and stylish!! I use mine mostly without the computer sleeve, it velcroes in and out. With the sleeve in I don't think I'd fit my lunch and yoga wear in it. The sleeve is padded nicely for protection though if that's what you are looking for.
Reviewed by Jessica C from St Croix, VI on Friday, August 9, 2013I was looking for a laptop backpack for graduate school. Wanted a laptop sleeve, not too bulky and not ugly & boring. Once I saw it, I knew this one would be perfect and the cost here was WAY lower on sale than any other location I found. It has water bottle holders which I wanted as some are moving to zip pockets there. The back is well cushioned, has adjustable straps and extra chest & waist straps as well. It butterflies open with the laptop still in the backpack to go through security at the airport. I tested this out at Denver International Airport and it worked perfectly. Another benefit is that it is made of recycled material.
I love this backpack and plan to use if 5-6 times a week for the next 12 months
