Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Size-wise, these fit close to the oxfords I wear for work 40 hours a week in a Euro 43. These seem to be a solid Euro 43, which is not necessarily a US 10, though. I initially bough... Read More
Look good....Reviewed by OutdoorSunglasses from Utah on Thursday, September 20, 2018The shoes themselves look nice, but I don't wear them as much as i want to. You have to tie them super tight, otherwise they slide off your heel super easy. The laces are WAY long. And the shoes seem to take a long time to break in. I've worn them multiple times, and it's still a big relief when I finally take them off. Maybe it's because they are super narrow.
Womens shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Carol T from Raleigh NC on Wednesday, September 12, 2018I ordered the bright green color. It is fun and accurate to the images online. The sizes available are actually very small (EU 37) which is like a womens 6 or 6.5. The width seems to be a standard women's B. The description on the website is marked (For Men)
Nice shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by The aunt from Washington on Tuesday, August 21, 2018Bought for a 13 year old.... fit well and so far seem to be holding up!
Love these shoes!Reviewed by Dawn the stagehand from Ct on Sunday, July 22, 2018Got them to work an outdoor festival. Took them out of the box, put them on and went to work for 14 hours a day for the next 6 days. Only quibble is that I didn't get a pair in every color! Very comfy, no rubbing, and at the end of the day my feet were they only thing that didn't ache. I'm a woman, but the size 40 fit me perfectly. And on top of the comfort, great traction and really cool style. And no dirt in my toes, unlike mesh hikers.

Recommandation by AlexVerified Buyer Reviewed by ALEX from San Diego on Tuesday, July 3, 2018I purchased three pairs.- Two pairs of low top, one pair of high top (ankle high).
Low top shoe is little tighter then normal shoe size.- good for approaching steep hills. This shoe is good for walking on unshaped rocks.(feet gets tired so fast with soft outer sole)
But you need to consider 1/2 size bigger in case you do normal trail hiking.
High top shoes are good for normal all season weather(no need to consider to go 1/2 size bigger for normal hiking).
Flap tongue area sealed is good point. (dirt and dust won't get in the shoe)
Over all, very fair price with good quality. I've been doing mountain climbing for over 30 yrs and I was certified orthopedic shoe tech. I recommend these shoes.
sporty, minor issuesVerified Buyer Reviewed by QPM from Coastal Bend, TX on Tuesday, June 26, 2018Soles are great and springy, overall construction is high quality, eyelets go way down so they do a bit of a euro look. One drawback and one oddity. The drawback: when the cut the tongue it is a bit on the high side so you feel it in your front ankle--hope this goes away with time. Oddity: the laces are freakin' huge... like an extra meter long and there is no way you will find matches. I think I am going to tape and cut them like i would rope. Otherwise, nice shoe.
Boulder X Replacement?Reviewed by Tahoe Hiker from Reno on Saturday, May 26, 2018Initial impressions are good. I wear a 42 in La Sportiva Boulder X, and these in the 42 are just slightly larger by a fraction than those, both in width and length. The Boulder X cramp my toes and these seem to have a little more room.
They also have a more aggressive sole than the Boulder X.
They feel good right out of the box, and seem to be as capable as the aforementioned twice as expensive shoe.
Have not put any miles on them however, so hoping for the best.
ComfortVerified Buyer Reviewed by S Moeller the nurse from Amarillo on Thursday, May 24, 2018I walk at work daily and the shoes are always comfortable and they have excellent grip when I have to lift patients. Excellent choice would buy again.
Very UncomfortableReviewed by dave from minnesota on Friday, March 23, 2018At first I thought these were just stiff and needed breaking in. After a month of walking in them, they are still very uncomfortable. The look and feel as if they are made for someone with a very thin foot. I have tried to break them in but am giving up.

“I wear a 7in US sizes. This shoe goes from a 6.5 to a 7.5in US. What should I order?”
This looks helpful:
6.5 39 6 9.5" 24.1
7 40 6.5 9.625" 24.4
7.5 40-41 7 9.75" 24.8
I am a 10.5 us and bought a 44, tiny bit big... TINY... a 43 might have worked... if they have both of your options in stock and you plan on putting serious wear on them maybe buy both and send one back. I rounded up and am happy from the same table:
10 43 9.5 10.5625" 27
10.5 43-44 10 10.75" 27.3
Depends on sock choice and whether you'll swap out the insole for something more substantial. For my shoe size around 9.5 I bought these in size 44 and it felt too large with one sock choice. I returned them for a size 43 and they still feel great with those ultralight socks even after hiking for an hour every evening for weeks. However, the smaller size simply can't accommodate a replacement insole or thicker socks without feeling cramped in the toebox. So I bought another size 44. Haven't worn them much yet, but if I could do it all over again I'd pick the larger size for flexibility of choice of socks or insoles.
“How does sizing run? I wear a 42.5 in lasportiva. I noticed whole sizes only. Thanks. ”
