I bought it last time, but I liked the jacket and bought it for the second time as a gift.

The jacket fits well. I got a small and I'm 5'4, 130lbs, size 2 or 4 pants, size 32 DD bra. The body of the coat is a little loose but and I could wear a sweatshirt under it if it's not a loose one, but the arms are a little tight, the patches of stretchy material help. That brings me to how the jacket is not as described in its description. It says that the waterproofness and breathability are much higher than they really are. This is a helly tech performance line, their lowest least protective, mire fashionable than functional line, not their middle grade or professional grade jacket line. That's fine for the price, but not what I thought I was buying based on the description. I was looking to replace my all season shell jacket. I recently lost weight and the one I have is now too big. This jacket is what they call a hybrid jacket. It has some panels of waterproof jacket plasticy, noisy material, I might add, and around the chest, upper back, and arms, a stretchy fabric material that just has dwr coating on it. I'm not sure how this would hold up to keep me dry in an actual rain storm, it is fairly windproof though. I have worn it in very windy conditions. Also the hood is not that great either, but it can be rolled into the collar which is nice. It is a flattering cut and the blue color looks good with blue jeans, it's more of a gray-blue in person. There is a reflective vertical strip down the back, for night visibility. For $29, I'll keep it, but I wish I was better informed by the original description, because I would have chosen a different jacket if the waterproofness and breathability and the fact that it is a hybrid jacket were clearly and accurately stated in the product's original description.

I bought this for my mom for an upcoming trip out to Colorado. Her only complaint was that the arms were a little skinny and that it was too long for her (she is 5'2). After convincing her that a longer rain jacket isn't the worst thing, she decided to keep it. She loved the color and is excited to wear it!
