Very well constructed, great zipper, fully adjustable with the laces to fit your calves, and very warm and comfy with the natural wool lining, Good arch support, extremely comfortable to walk in. These are cute; fit a little funny with seams feeling very prominent but think they would have broken in all right. Comfortable to walk in BUT I walk in a lot of water/rain/fog soaked grass and require waterproof boots. After a short walk across wet grass, they were starting to leak at the seams and by the time I got across the grass, the feet were squishing inside the boots. There was no waterproofing quality at all to these boots. They were also the first time I ever received shoes of any sort from STP that were in plastic bags and not the manufacturer's box. They were sent back.

I ordered a size bigger and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and keep my cold feet warm. I have gotten compliments on their appearance.

You sent the wrong boots and wrong size and I was not able to get these since they were all gone, found that quite disappointing.

I wear a 8.5 ordered the 9, fit perfectly with a winter sock. I have already worn them a bunch in Vermont weather, they are nice midweight boots. There are probably warmer snow treking boots out there, but these are comfortable to walk in, they are flexible and the sole is pretty grippy on ice. I can't stand winter boots that are like big clumsy boxes on your feet, so this is a perfect mix of function vs. warmth.

    • I recently wore them to a football game where the temps were in the low 40's and my feet stayed warm. I would expect them to do as well into the 30's. I am not sure how they rate below that.

    • Sorry there is not a temperature rating. Most manufacturers do not have temperature ratings for their garments or footwear due to the number of factors that affect how warm a garment may keep you.

    • We do not. Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities. Therefore, popular sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally we are able to reorder a product, but closeout items are typically unable to be reordered. We suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products.
