Glad I bought these. They are much warmer even than the lined, gore-tex gloves I bought last year. I need to keep my fingertips warm during the -15 degree F windchill days, where it's especially cold on the ski lift. These mittens are also breathable, so your hands don't get that gross sweaty-but-cold feel. A nice touch--mittens came with a little pouch of leather conditioner so they can stay soft for a lifetime.

These mittens went far beyond my expectations with great attention paid to details for comfort, utility, and style. I have a large hand (8), but only a size 9 was available. I thought they would be too big, but they fit perfectly. Inside there is a glove stitched into the lining so that it doesn't move around and fits your hand snugly. Having an internal glove and exterior mitten is the best of both worlds. The leather is very soft and pliable - amazing and quite a luxurious feel to it while allowing full flexibility! The very wide velcro wrist band and closure make it easy to adjust the mitten so that no wind or cold gets to the hand. An added bonus is the metal carabiner that connects the gloves which have very large grommets for easy attaching/detaching. I know I won't lose a mitten ever again with this feature! I can't wait until the temperature drops so that I can use these.

I bought a larger size because mine wasn't available. They are a bit large, but still kept my hands warm when skiing Utah in 5 degree temps. I FINALLY found a mitten that makes me happy!

Love this product. You just have to remember to treat the leather BEFORE FIRST USE! It comes with complementary leather treatment. I would recommend treating every winter season.
