“Is this gluten free? Is there a way the label can be shown?”

  • I don't think this qualifies as gluten free. It doesn't look like I can attach an image, so here is the ingredients list (there may be typos, I used optical character recognition to convert the image to text). Notice the 'Contains wheat and soy':

Ingredients: Precooked long grain rice, maltodextrin, dehydrated black beans, food starch-modified, textured vegetable protein [(soy flour, caramel color), soybean oil, salt, hydrolyzed corn-soy-wheat protein, autolyzed yeast], dehydrated onion, tomato, corn and green chile, ground beef (beef, flavoring and salt),onion garlic powder, green chile powder, rendered chicken fat, salt, spices including cilantro, beef fat, beef broth, sugar, silicon dioxide, natural flavors, caramel color, yeast extract, celery powder, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate. Contains wheat and soy.
