5.0 out of 5 stars. Hiking ShoesReviewed by Anonymous from Florida on Saturday, July 20, 2019I bought these a long time ago (over 2 years). I have to say that they are incredible! I have hiked a 14er in Colorado, portions of the Appalachian Trail and numerous mountains in NC, SC, and TN. I also use them when I hike the trails in Florida. When I first got them I suffered some blisters on my pinky toe, but as time went on, they conformed to my feel and I wish I could buy another pair, even though they are still in like new condition. Highly recommend and the price was beyond perfect.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Hi-Tec Bandera Hiking ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Shoppergal from Michigan on Monday, December 18, 2017The shoes have a wide toe box and are comfortable. I usually wear a7.5 in regular shoes and I ordered the same size in these based on reviews. They work with a thin sock but would be too short with a thick ones. A half size longer would have been perfect. I wear these mainly on the treadmill and Hi-Tec shoes work well and are inexpensive.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Lacks arch supportVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Tucson, AZ on Friday, December 15, 2017I was looking for Merrell low quarter hikers and found these during the search. The sale price made a good impression. To be honest, I thought they were Merrell shoes - the styling and color "looked Merrell" - while I was reading about them on line, and I thought I was getting a stealer price. So I was disappointed when they arrived and weren't Merrell. After I put a good arch support insert in, they are much more comfortable and sufficiently suitable for walking around in our desert. For $20 they're worth more to keep than pay the return postage.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome Shoe!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Arlington, TN on Tuesday, December 5, 2017Exact fit, a little heavier than what I was looking for but super light for a hiker. Extremely comfortable and great arch support. Looks good too!
Love Them!! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love these shoes!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Friday, December 1, 2017l would like to point out that the previous reviews were accurate regarding the fit of this shoe. I am a 7.5, but usually like to purchase size 8 shoe because the brands I buy usually run small.
However, I took the advice from the previous reviews and went with a 7.5.....so glad that I did! These shoes are spacious and comfy! I have room to wear much thicker socks, if need be. I thought that there would be a period to break them in, but I have been wearing these shoes often, and I have not experienced any foot discomfort. I hope that other Hi-tec shoes are just as comfortable. The price at the time of my purchase was fantastic too, so that was also a plus. I am very pleased with this product. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Black Hills hiker from South Dakota on Thursday, November 30, 2017Looking forward to wearing these on upcoming hikes in the spring. But before then, they'll get a good work-out whenever and wherever this winter.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Room for warm socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jan from Oregon on Saturday, November 11, 2017I usually wear a 6.5, but in some hi techs I need a 7. Got a 6.5 in these and the length is good. There is plenty of toe box room and space inside for heavy or double socks. A bit bulky, but nice for dog walks or hikes on bad weather days.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not waterproofReviewed by Janutski from White Mountains, NH on Friday, October 20, 2017Bought at recent grand opening of Henrietta, NY store. Cute and comfortable, but DEFINITELY NOT WATERPROOF. Walked through dewey, mown grass and feet got wet. Very disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Waterproof shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by woodsyjen from new york on Monday, August 7, 2017These hiking shoes have proven to be waterproof after walking through rain soaked/heavy dew grass. The suede toes do get wet, but nothing has soaked through to my socks. Runs true to size, but even though they don't feel too wide they definitely look like it. Shoes have a very boxy, brick look to them and the footbed feels firm, rather than cushiony. Still for the price, these seem like solid, durable shoes that will keep your feet dry on walks/casual hikes.
