Love themVerified Buyer Reviewed by Laura from MASSACHUSETTS on Tuesday, March 6, 2018Have worn them 2x's for short hikes. They are comfortable and look nice too.
Hiking shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by BP from Calif. on Monday, December 4, 2017No need to break these in, went on two 8 mile walk/hikes and no problems. Might buy up 1/2 size next time for more toe room when heading down hill.
5 starsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Gourp Hound from Maine on Wednesday, November 22, 2017Love them, very well made.. They dig into my ankles but a heel lift will cure that..glad I took the advise and ordered a half size larger.
Great fit for square feet, sturdyVerified Buyer Reviewed by JK from Utah on Wednesday, November 8, 2017I bought a half size bigger based on other reviews - good advice. These are built as sturdy shoes - I live in high desert country and my driveway is deep sand in dry times like now. These are perfect. They would also do well for light trail hiking.
smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by KJ from Oregon on Sunday, October 29, 2017Make sure and order a size larger. Small toe box and I have narrow feet.
On the small sideReviewed by Di from Washington on Friday, October 13, 2017I didn't find that these fit well. I ordered my size and they are too short. These shoes are on the narrow side for me as well. I am planning on donating these.
Love Hi-TecVerified Buyer Reviewed by kuehnl17 from Delaware on Saturday, September 16, 2017I've been wearing Hi-Tec boots for over 20 years as I've hiked and volksmarched around the world. They always fit my feet perfectly and I've never had any issues with workmanship. Even after miles and miles of hiking in all conditions these boots look good.
Not a good fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by MNLB from Southern CA on Wednesday, August 16, 2017These may be great shoes, but I first ordered my usual size and then ordered a half size up. Both pairs felt like my big toe was right up against the toe box. The shoes are cute and inexpensive, but not sure why they feel like they are constraining my toes. Definitely not what I want for a hiking shoe.
Good looking shoe, but runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by MNLB from Southern CA on Thursday, August 3, 2017I normally wear a size 7 in regular shoes, 7.5 in athletic shoes. I ordered a 7.5 and it was too short. Have a Size 8 on order which hopefully will not be too big.
Great shoe for the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Joanie from Alaska on Thursday, August 3, 2017Wide shoe box, decent fit. Sturdy. Back of boot cuts into Achilles tendon slightly when hiking downhill but not badly. I will install gel insoles to replace standard insole to add cushioning2. Great boot for the price
