Verified Buyer Reviewed by Velvetlove from Arizona on Monday, June 5, 2017Best purchase I have ever made. I've had surgery on both baby toes and am very picky on what I wear. Love these, true fit.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lori from CO on Wednesday, May 17, 2017I have fasciitis and when I wear these shoes It definitely lessens my pain. This is my third pair and the Stinson is my favorite!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cristina Rusu from Florida on Wednesday, May 10, 2017Just love them, Hoka is my new favorite brand.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lolita Lynn from Virginia on Wednesday, May 10, 2017I needed a shoe with loads of cushioning as well as being able to handle the trails and I got it in this show. On my first run out I was able to do 13.9 miles comfortably and my body was still willing to do more. No painful feet, no aching knees, nothing. Also, I had to pass an ATV on a small path so I went up the slippery slope without thinking and the grip held me firmly in place, no slipping. Having this shoe makes me want to run the trails. I love it!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mary from Oregon on Thursday, May 4, 2017Very well made good looking shoe. Lots of Cush and would have been perfect but the toe box was more narrow than most. I was tempted to try to break them in but decided I don't want my poor feet to have to break in any more shoes...that's why I switched to Hoka One Ones! But sorry, this one was just not a good fit for this foot! I sent them back and ordered a different Hoka One One. I can't wait to get them!

“I have plantar fasciitis so need a lot of heal cushioning as well as a good supportive shoe that I can wear for walking. Do you feel this is a good investment for me? ”
Probably. Lots of cushioning in these and very stable. But I also add a better insert: like superfeet or abeo. I personally like the abeo (available from the walking company) but that is personal preference for MY feet. Hoka's have really saved me from a lot of foot pain. I also think the trail runners are more stable and better for me. I bought a non-trail runner Hoka and found them to be too squishy soft and not stable. Hope this helps and good luck!
Yes. The shoes are kinda wide. And I have the same issue on my left foot. They are very comfortable but you need to wear a thicker sock to fill them. Lengthwise they are true to size.
“Are these shoes waterproof or water resistant>”
These are not water resistant or waterproof.
