I usually wear a size small. This shirt says its a roomy fit, so one would think I would take a size Small, but based on reviews I got a Medium, and I'm glad I did. It fits very close to the body, but not skin tight and is not restrictive. It is very comfortable on the skin and I wear it xc skiing and snow shoeing. It is a good light weight base layer. I layer a fleece and a jacket over it.
