Works just like the bigger Hot Gear bags but in a really manageable size. I have large boots and they fit perfectly as does the rest of my gear for a day of skiing.

This bag is everything as advertised. It is compact in size, yet large enough to hold all my gear. Nice for day trips, but no more.

I`ve used the bag twice and it was great. Works really good and will heat your boots and make them look like running shoes when you are on the slopes. No more freezing hard, almost impossible to put ski boots!

I wished the bag had a shoulder straps and also a better lock/padlock combo.
    • Best Uses: Heat boots overnight, Store gear on summer, Trip to the mountain
    • Cons: Backpack straps are cheap, Padlock is cheap
    • Pros: Car plug works great, Good space for gear, Not bulky, Well built

I really like this bag. There's a place for everything. The warmer works great warming socks, boots, gloves. The backpack straps are ok even for a broad-shouldered 6'2" male. I like the styling and it is roomy enough for all my gear. With the great Sierra Trading discounts it was cheaper than my older, plain, non-heater K2 bag.
    • Best Uses: Alpine Skiing
    • Pros: Both AC and DC powered, Stylish, Warms boots gloves sock

This bag was great! used it 5 days in a row in Utah this spring. My boots were dry and warm each morning. The bag traveled great too!

About Hot Gear

Cold feet can ruin your whole day on the mountain, so start out warm and toasty with Hot Gear. Hot Gear boot bags warm up your ski boots for flexible entry and instant comfort; then dry your boots from the outside in and evaporate any moisture from insulating layers. Many Hot Gear bags include dedicated compartments for boots, helmets goggles, gloves and socks. Plug your Hot Gear boot bag into a socket at home, and keep them warm en route to the slopes with a 12V vehicle plug-in.
