Top is about 28 inches long in xl. I'm 5'8" and the arms and torso are plenty long enough for me. Although I love Smartwool and Icebreaker, they can be a little short in the torso for me. If you're under 5'8', this may be too long for you. Fits like an Eddie Bauer tall. I like the cuffs and the dolman shoulder. Came back and bought 3 more in the striped colors and a solid V-neck in the same cut. I think Ibex just became my new fave in merino base layers. Washes beautifully. Turn inside out and wash on gentle cycle with woolite, no fabric softener. Line dry. I expect these to last for years.
