Verified Buyer Reviewed by Dave from Northern Indiana on Sunday, November 13, 2016This shirt is my favorite cold weather running top. I have two of them, they work very well worn solo down to temps in the low 30's and while raining in colder temps. I'm 5'9" 145 and medium is the size that fits me perfectly. For runners you can't go wrong with this top. (The color doesn't match the picture that well, I think it's a much brighter greenish/blue than shown. But still awesome)
Verified Buyer Reviewed by weiqiao tony from China on Thursday, November 3, 2016i love icebreaker's base layer. In my hometown one base layer and one insluted jacket can hold the winter.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by above the ground from Washington on Thursday, October 27, 2016this top has all the expected Icebreaker attention to detail & craftsmanship. Sleeve length is generous. Fit is on the snug side of athletic but relaxes with wear.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by freeski1057 from Boise, Idaho on Monday, October 24, 2016It seems if not in work attire I live in merino wool if the weather is anything but summer hot, in addition to their use as base layers for cool weather activities from hiking to backcountry skiing. This particular top is the weight I prefer; I find heavier weight too warm even if very cold. Fit is excellent and initial impression is that quality is high. I bought both this Icebreaker top and a similar weight Smartwool and like them both though the Smartwool has an initially softer more refined feel. The Icebreaker has the thumb holes to keep the sleeves down but it seems I rarely use that feature. The price from Sierra makes them an outstanding value. Like all merino wool I feel like I can wear them many times without them feeling dirty or getting stinky.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Brown Bear from Westchester, NY on Wednesday, May 18, 2016The Zone Base Layer Top is well designed for running with a quarter zip and ventilation holes where appropriate. Unfortunately, I found the blue and green color combination odd.
