Overall, I have found this jacket to be useful and comfortable (I even prefer it over the Icebreaker Cascade). The thumbholes are great and can be tucked into the sleeve if you don't want them to show, and the wrist area feels better than other jackets I have tried. As another reviewer mentioned, it does sit below the waste but I do not mind that and like the coverage (I am 5'3''). It is a bit form-fitting so I went with the medium - not too bulky and allows room in the sleeves for just about any layer underneath. It is heavier than the Cascade, though. Also a great jacket for travel with all of the pockets (the inner lining of the side zipper pockets is sewn at the bottom, which provides easy-access hidden space). Glad I was able to grab one!

Shirt looks great on model but fails on a real person. Wearer is 5'-1", 118 lbs. Shirt size is small. Sleeve length is perfect but body is too long. Hem hits 4 inches below widest part of hips, nearly cover seat of pants. Waist band can't be pulled up due to stiffness of zipper. Chest pocket fabric is bulky, causing welting at mid breast (not revealed in picture). Attractive color combination (eclipse/turf). Disappointed over all.

About Icebreaker

Crafted using only the finest merino wool grown in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, Icebreaker clothing is known around the globe for its incredible comfort and performance. Unlike synthetic fabrics developed in a lab, Icebreaker merino wool is grown, cultivated and field-tested in the mountains. Designed to offer exceptional comfort during a range of outdoor sports, Icebreaker underwear and apparel naturally resists odors, regulates body temperature, wicks moisture and dries quickly. Superfine New Zealand merino wool is also much softer than traditional sheep’s wool, which means no itch. Icebreaker socks, long underwear and base layers also come in a selection of weights to keep you warm without overheating. Ready to join the merino revolution?
