Reviewed by SWH from VA on Wednesday, March 13, 2013Truly, these are fantastic shorts. They feel great on your skin and do not stick like polyester when you sweat. They hold up well wash after wash. The best thing is that they do not retain odor. Although these cost more than polyester versions, they will outlast them from a odor standpoint. I bought six pair to put up. Too bad STP has sold out of my size or I would have bought more. Take note that these have a short inseam at 5 inches. The medium size is perfect for my frame with the hemline hitting at 3/4 of the thigh ( 5' 7", 32 x 30, 160 lbs)
Reviewed by in the boondocks from MN on Wednesday, March 13, 2013For an overweight guy trying to shrink, these are my favorite jogging shorts. Comfortable, light, and they don't stink near as bad after a workout. Different care is needed, mostly just lay them flat to dry. I couldn't be happier with the quality of Icebreaker clothing.
Reviewed by Erin from Brooklyn, NY on Friday, March 8, 2013My husband wears size 31" or 32" pants and needs a medium in these. They are soft and light. They only go about halfway to the knee though, so they're not long shorts.
Reviewed by cloudsrest from NH on Wednesday, January 30, 2013Wore these merino shorts almost exclusively on a 3 weeks backpacking trip. Found the shorts to be very comfortable and versatile. The length is just right for active use.
I would have given the shorts 5 stars if they had useful pockets.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by toganet from Buffalo, NY on Friday, January 25, 2013I bought these for working out and to wear as pajamas when traveling light. So far they've worked out for both. They wick sweat away and don't smell, and they provide just enough support without being constrictive.
Note on size: I am usually a medium, and I bought a large based on other reviews, which turned out to be 100% correct. The large fits me like a slightly forgiving medium.
