Reviewed by Momof4great kids from NE Ohoi on Tuesday, May 21, 2013When I get home from work, I change into these. They are so comfortable and well made. Who knows, I might even run in them. The built in liner makes them great to jump into when you get out of the shower. I pretty much live in these shorts when I am hanging out at home. Love em!
Reviewed by The Wolverine Woman from Above Paradise, Montana on Tuesday, August 7, 2012I thought these might be great for backpacking since they are wool (which I try to wear almost exclusively while backpacking since it's so good for moderating body temps). An added plus was the waistband, which is totally non-binding under a waistbelt (or anything else for that matter). I'll never go back to Patagonia Baggies again!
- Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking
- Pros: breathable, Super comfortable, Wicking
Reviewed by Mountain Maiden from Hesperus, Colorado on Tuesday, July 17, 2012These shorts have attached underpants. The underpants did not seem to be the same size as the shorts - they seemed to pull the shorts down, while the shorts wanted to ride up. I thought the shorts would fit better if I removed the underpants, so I cut them out. Alas, that did not do the trick. The waistband is just too aggressive and tight and no matter what you do, they don't look or feel right and create unsightly bulges around the waistband. The color is a nice sort of dark bluish grey, the fabric is nice, and they would otherwise be comfortable, but they just don't fit.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Coach from Detroit, MI on Tuesday, May 1, 2012I like Icebreaker products, but I felt these were too short for me. The material is nice and not bulky. I could see one using them for running or other athletic pursuits. I would recommend these if you are okay with a shorter inseam on your shorts.
- Cons: Too short for me
- Pros: Nice Material
