Verified Buyer Reviewed by Local hiker from Ohio on Wednesday, December 26, 2012Love this shirt!! Normally wear size small (chest 34") but ordered a medium in this shirt so I could wear it to work. Unless you want snug fit for base layer I would order a size up.
Reviewed by Pedal Pusher from NYC on Monday, November 28, 2011I love everything about this baselayer--it's well-made, fits perfectly, is extremely comfortable (it has a little stretch to it), has an aerodynamic shape, is breathable, wicks moisture really well, is lightweight but warm, doesn't hold odors, and the cut is stylish and flattering. It is form-fitting like a baselayer should be but because of the stretch and softness of the fabric it doesn't chafe at all. I use this for cycling and it is just perfect--the 200 weight merino is great for cool weather on its own, and in colder weather is just right under a jacket or jersey. No bulk at all. I also love the raglan sleeves--so comfortable and they fit very well over armwarmers without leaving any gaps, making for really windproof layering. This baselayer is also great for bike commuting--it's cute and modest enough to wear as a regular top, and when wearing it, I never have to worry about showing up stinky or overly-sweaty. A huge plus! As far as sizing, I think it's accurate: I wear a size 4-6 (S), got the size S and it was true to size for me. I wish I had gotten two... definitely a worthy purchase.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Utah Hiker from Dammeron Valley, UT. on Friday, November 25, 2011This is the best base layer I have ever had. I tried silk, which is not bad but wears poorly and all the other syntetic materials but nothing works as perfectly as Icebreaker merino wool. And it is soft, itchfree and washes like a dream, but I do hang it to dry.It dries in nothing flat.

- Pros: Perfect in every way

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Montanamo from Sidney, MT on Sunday, November 6, 2011I wear a woman's med which leaves me a little room for comfort. This shirt is a well fitting medium. Just enough room to not be tight. If you have muscular shoulders (I'm scrawny) the sleeve will fit tight. As a 34 chest this fits perfect there, I'm slender in the waist and hips so the shirt's a little loose, but that's okay since it's not bulky. No itch, warmth, perfect as a light weight base layer.
