Verified Buyer Reviewed by Centexan from West of Austin on Wednesday, December 24, 2014I had been looking for a wool fleece jacket for a long time and none of the usual suspects had any for sale. I have pretty well decided that I wasn't going to find what I was looking for so I thought that a heavy weight layer may serve my purposes. Its well made and cut, less casual than I was looking for but provides the right amount of warmth. I am 6' tall, weigh 190, have a 37" waist and a 46" chest. the XL fits perfectly.
Reviewed by Cruiser from Littleton co on Tuesday, December 16, 2014This is the first piece of heavyweight icebreaker gear that I have purchasd (though i have several lighter pieces) and I'm thrilled with the quality of the material and workmanship. Really, the construction of the piece is excellent. The fit is sort of odd though for me at 6' 180#. It's tight through the shoulders and chest then it gets more lose towards the waist. The sleeves are the same way with tight biceps and then lose wrists. It seems like the designer meant for it to be a slimming piece that was intended mostly for casual wear as opposed to a technical fit that you would use as a mid layer under a shell. Either way, it's a great value for the money.

“Just wondering if this runs large, I noticed the small says 37-39 inch chest.”
I'm a solid large in all of the other Icebreaker tops that I have bought. This one has a trim fit through the chest, shoulders, and upper arms. I sort of considered returning it for an XL but I decided to wear it around a little bit first to see how the fit was after some use. I wouldn't know how the small runs, but based on the way the large fits me I would infer that they run somewhat on the smaller side.
