3.0 out of 5 stars. These run bigReviewed by LC from LA on Friday, October 19, 2018I've owned 2 pairs of Inov-8 before and were very happy with them. I'm a consistent size US 9 /Eu 39. Ordered these in 9 and my feet swam in the shoes. The "new" design mimics other big brands' knit shoes and they are lack of support. To be fair, perhaps these are simply too big so I couldn't feel the support. Their earlier designs with a unique identity were way better.

I wore them to HIIT for the first time today and they were perfect! They fit like a glove- slightly snug but I prefer that for these kind of workouts. Light but supportive. Great grip on the sole and toe, which was seriously lacking in the trail runners I had been wearing to class. This was the first class I've done in a while that I didn't leave with tingling toes and sore shins and ankles. Very happy with them, and cute to boot!

I was rolling out of my shoes during cross training and have a bad big toe/bunion. These are great! I tried on a friend's size 8 since I am often between a 7.5 and 8. They were way too big. The 7.5 are fine - a little tight on my bigger foot but fine with thin socks. So glad I found these shoes- they are GREAT and even more great for the price.
