4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm and comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Steverino from Philadelphia on Wednesday, February 2, 2011I'm an outdoorsman, but not a hunter. I bought this as an alternative to fleece. I wanted something windproof and this seems to be that. The wool blend face is soft and attractive. The color matches well with the new Boy Scout uniform pants. The sherpa fleece lining is very warm and adds a bit of thickness and "heft" to the vest. The coverage is good, the hem cinch can tighten up the bottom and the double zipper can ease the fit when crouching. No other features except simple, open pockets. Good gear - and attractive enough to wear as casual dress.
- Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Climate
- Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy to layer, Warm
- Sizing: Feels true to size

4.0 out of 5 stars. A good productVerified Buyer Reviewed by Speysport from Maine on Thursday, January 13, 2011I'm a recreational fisherman and wear this vest when the weather's chilly (particularly early morning and late evening). For that use, it would have been even better if the exterior were more windproof. I wear it, indoors or out, for warmth (including when shoveling snow). It's warm and permits freedom of movement.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Better than expected.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Don from Petaluma, CA on Friday, January 7, 2011I bought this to be a more work appropriate vest than my cycling wear. It's very warm and quite heavy, but very comfortable. It suits my needs if only being a bit warmer than I needed. Would be perfect outdoors, much nicer looking than the standard workman's vest.
- Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Climate
