What factory 2nd should be

These boots are not perfect. However, almost all of them is perfect. There are no scuffs or gouges in the leather; all the hardware including eyelets and speed hooks are correct; all the lacing is colored and aligned appropriately. The sole is correctly aligned. The "second" designation likely comes from the fact that the leather on the right panel (outside for R-shoe, inside for L-shoe) of both boots is slightly wrinkled. The leather on those panels is not inferior quality; the color and tanning are consistent. It's just that those two panels are less smooth than the toecap and heel of the boots. I've decided to keep these boots despite that characteristic because, well, eventually the whole boot will be wrinkled.
