Verified Buyer Reviewed by K8 from CT on Tuesday, October 14, 2014The material is high quality and the skirt is very comfortable on. But it's not flattering at all. The pockets jut out in just the wrong way. But I'm still going to wear it over leggings when I run errands after yoga class. I'm 5'5" 155 and the M was the proper size.
Reviewed by Heidi-Ho from Klamath Falls, OR on Thursday, March 6, 2014I really like this skirt. I wear compression shorts or tights under it when hiking and it easily transitions to coffee or lunch at a cafe without looking like I just came out of the forest. The material is very soft, warm and a nice weight. I'm 5'2" and 155 lbs (a healthy curvy girl). I feel it's a little too short for a woman in her 50s to wear without shorts or tights, but that's a personal opinion. The pockets are a nice shape but in a weird location and can make your hips look bigger, again since I hike in it, my backpack hip belt kinda covers that. I purchased a large and it fits well around my hips/derriere but loose around my waist even with the drawstring pulled tight, but this is really due to my body shape.
Reviewed by Jan M from Utah on Sunday, August 25, 2013Originally ordered the small but returned it for medium; can't believe how quickly STP handled the exchange! The olive color is a good neutral and I'll wear it year-round--short enough to be summery but the material will be fine for winter with tights.
Great Isis quality
Reviewed by AG from Seattle on Wednesday, August 21, 2013I was a little worried about how short the skirt was when I saw it, but it actually was only about an inch or two above the knee. I'm 5'6 and ordered a large. It's really comfortable and easy to just pair with a tank top for a trip to the farmers market. It's a little harder to dress up for work as the waistband is a tad bulky. Overall though, I love the skirt and am glad I bought it.
Reviewed by Hiker Chick from Colorado on Monday, August 12, 2013At 145lbs and 5'6, I got the medium. It fit fine but the pockets hit right at the widest part of my thighs, so it emphasized my saddle bags. Skirt kind of has a bubble shape (tapered at top and bottom, balloons out at sides at widest part of legs), so it is not flattering like an A-line skirt. Maybe okay for wearing around the house, but I decided to get a more classy looking skirt (Icebreaker) instead and returned this one.
