    I just received this in the mail and there’s already a gash out of the front from just being shipped to me. Imagine how it would ok after going through airport. Returning immediately.

    Luggage arrived damaged due to poor packing, shipping and was misrouted by carrier.

    If customers are helping to clear inventory, why would STP not properly package or ship items? Numerous requests to CSR about a requested box for the replacement have netted the same verbatim response without addressing the shipping conditions. Extremely frustrating!

    I am hopeful replacement item will be boxed and shipped appropriately.
