Reviewed by III%er from Bunker in Utah Mtns. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015Last year I couldn't believe my luck finding such a great boot at such a cheap price. I put about 200 rugged, rocky and deep snow miles on them. My feet stayed warm and I always felt confident with their grip.
This year I put them on for my first mountain scramble in the snow and my feet are soaked and I'm miserable.
I highly recommend this boot if you need a cheapo pair for one season, but these are not a long term boot.
They are comfortable enough that I'm going to seal them up with gorilla glue and keep them as slip ons to go tend the chickens.
Hope this helps with your decision.
Reviewed by Josie from North Carolina on Thursday, November 14, 2013I got these boots for my son. The overall quality of the boots is very nice. They have a good weight and the construction of leather and what I like to call the Duck boot bottom of them is great.
Reviewed by Jersey Mom from Central NJ on Tuesday, November 5, 2013I really wanted to keep these for my son - the inner liner had a seam that rubbed his foot - probably a flaw in construction, These are such great boots and I am sad to have to return them.
Reviewed by App. Mtn Chic from Appalachian Mtns NC on Friday, September 20, 2013Good shoe for Appalachian winters. I have to walk in the snow often, good traction, and water proof!
Reviewed by Randy Roamer from Hawaii on Friday, March 15, 2013These fell apart on first use. Soles fell off uppers while hiking. Beware.

“I am interested in purchasing these boot but wonder if you sell the extra liners for these boots - if so, what is the product code and price?||Thank you,||John H”
We do not sale extra liners for these boots. Thanks for asking.
According to our fit models all half sizes should order a half size up.
“One reviewer mentioned that these are too loose (sounds like volume of the boot is too large), and can't be laced tight enough. Are these comfortable and supportive enough for walking? I'm not hiking, but we get big ice and snow storms once in a while, and not many in our area can deal with that kind of weather, so I walk a lot in the ice and snow to help neighbors (and take my boys out to play).”
According to our fit models the Itasca Adventurer Winter Pac Boots run a bit small so we recommend all half sizes order a size up. So if your a 9.5 we suggest ordering a 10.I hope this helps
“i would like to order these for my son who is away at school. He usually wears size 12.5 in tennis shoes. do these boots run big?”
