Great BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chelleb from Michigan on Wednesday, January 31, 2018This fit true to size and have a wide toe box. I have very wide feet and they fit great!
Walking in winterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jen from Wyoming on Tuesday, January 30, 2018I now have warm feet while walking in the cold snowy and icy winter. They have good traction to keep from slipping on the icy ground and keep your feet dry walking through the melted patches. True to size! Wish they had half sizes as I ordered a 9 since I wear an 8 usually. With thick winter socks the boots will fit better.
itasca bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by SusieQ from Iowa on Tuesday, January 30, 2018this really isn't a fair review because I've only worn them once. But, I did receive them quickly, within a few days. The day I did wear them, my feet were warm and dry....which is unusual in my experience for women's boots. It's very hard to find a woman's boot that is both warm and will keep your feet dry. It's probably a good thing that I'm not a fashion forward type of person because the boots are not exactly attractive, but they are functional and that is what I was looking for.
This boot is not in the shape of a foot!Verified Buyer Reviewed by katie from Philly on Tuesday, January 30, 2018This boot does not seem to be made for feet at all. The space for a person's foot is shaped more for a very large pear. Perhaps if a person has extraordinarily short fat feet? I'm from a family of short fat people though, and I've never known anyone with a foot like that. It's a cute item! But it's not a boot for a human foot.
dashersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anne from Maine on Thursday, January 25, 2018These are great for quick trips out on slushy days. They are roomy around ankles but could use more room around the toes to allow for thick socks.
Pretty good for the priceReviewed by Lylesmom from MA on Wednesday, January 17, 2018As reviewers have reported, these run slightly short and have an amazingly volume--neither attributes which suit me. I gave them a try anyway and am glad I did.
I tried them on and wore them around the house in medium weight socks. When I switched to heavy socks the fit improved. When I wore them out on a normally cold day, my feet did not get cold even with the slightly short length. I walked through rough terrain with streams to cross and snow to slog through. I found them to be amazingly light with reasonable traction. They kept my feet warm, though I think there was a small leak from not crossing the stream so successfully. That was very minor and expected for this kind of boot which was not made for wading.
The fit was what you'd expect from a boot in this price range with an odd look with too much folded material on top where the volume had to tightened in. Considering I could not afford expensive boots now I think I hit the cheapo lottery.
ServiceableVerified Buyer Reviewed by GnomeDePlume from Boston on Tuesday, January 16, 2018I wanted something easier to walk in than my Boggs. These have zero support, but plenty of room to add an insole. Warm and waterproof. Better quality than I was expecting from the reviews. They do run big (though not long). Plenty of room for thick socks or an insole or orthotics. A little hard to get the laces sufficiently tight.

School Yard SupervisorVerified Buyer Reviewed by School Supervisor from Anaheim on Thursday, February 16, 2017I need to be outside in the rain for school supervision, walking, going upstairs, puddles, slippery areas and these are perfect for work. Good grip, warm, and dry. Great foot support and comfortable. Great price, love Sierra Trading Co.!
