Good snow boots for the price

I got these boots for $22, and they are a good deal for the money. They are cheaply made and incredibly lightweight. They are big for their size, with plenty of room for an extra pair of thick socks. The looseness of the boots and the total lack of insole support (they seem to require additional insoles of some sort) make them NOT good for hiking or any activity that requires snug-fitting boots with firm support around your feet and ankles; but they are excellent "snow boots" for outdoor activities like shoveling, plowing, or playing in the snow. The "rough-out" leather uppers should be treated with sno-seal or a similar wax-based waterproofing application. I got them for outdoor winter chores and shoveling snow, and I really like them..
