Although I'm a petite, the sleeves were a good length in size small. It hit me a little lower on the thigh than the picture put I expect that to happen. I just wish it had a hidden hood.

Although the zippers tend to be a little quirky, once you get the hang of it its fine. This coat is very lightweight but nice and warm and a perfect length. The elastic around the wrists keeps arms warmer but if you have bigger wrists or are sensitive to this it might annoy you. Overall a great coat.
