Dual Function Cup

I purchased this cup as a gift container for a friend who goes camping. I know nothing about camping but thought it would be a perfect container for the small pot of lavender I got her to plant in her herb garden. Although it was a unique and very attractive plant holder, it seemed a little on the light side for something that was advertised as acceptable for putting on a camp stove. However my friend assured me it would be fine. Plus it does have a double thickness handle that I assume would protect the person drinking hot soup or coffee from it. If you're a non-camper like I am, it also would make an attractive container for small kitchen utensils or pens and markers in an office.
